Our room keys didn't work at times, the phone in the room didn't work and no TV guide to be found. The breakfast was good and staff knowledgeable. Thank you!

We have stayed here many times in the past on weekdays without a complaint; however, this time we checked in on a Saturday, and the kindest thing I can say is the clerk was indifferent toward us. We arrived early, knowing the room would likely not be ready, and I was about to ask the clerk if we could sit in the lobby and wait. Before I could, she bluntly informed me, "You can't check in before 3!" We sat in the lobby and waited until three. I was hopeful things would get better because a new clerk took over; however, the gentleman who relieved her seemed just as bothered that we were there. He put the keys on the counter and said simply, There are your keys. As a gold member who had stayed there many times in the past, I was expecting at least an offer of a bottle of water. I can only hope this is a weekend problem because we love the location and have always had good service. The rooms are clean, and breakfast is always good.

Uniquely wonderful service really elevates the stay at a hotel. Jorge at the front desk is well-spoken with adults and children. He is attentive, pleasant in conversation, and makes the guests feel truly valued. Mrs. Donna in breakast dining has a personality like a fresh cup of sunshine. Nikita in housekeeping is extremely attentive, communicative, and helpful to guests.

Pleasantly surprised! The location in St Augustine for was sold out and the kindest rep on the Hampton Inn reservation line helped guide me through other reviews that led me to this location. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the kindest manager, Denise. The staff was most helpful and I now have a new fave place to stay in Jacksonville.

The night auditor and housekeeping staff were very nice. Room was completely clean, soft towels, and very comfortable beds. Room was also an amazing temperature when we checked in.

The room was clean and more spacious than expected. Bathroom was nice but a bit small for this spacious room. We had the king bed suite. We stayed three nights for a golf tournament and the bed was comfortable. It was a very cold weekend so it was nice that the heater worked well in the room... The hotel itself is well maintained but it does show its age. Service was great with Front desk, housekeeping and breakfast. Hotel is well located by stores, restaurants and the highway. And not far from Jax Beach pier. I'd still recommend this hotel.

This hotel at 8127 Point Meadows Dr. Jacksonville FL 32256 was a great choice for us. Denise at the front check in greeted us with opens arms. She was delightful and friendly all with a smile. We stayed here while going to visit St Augustine and the room was nice overall. It was clean use a better cleaning behind the bed on the floor was dust and debris. No worries I did not sleep down there anyways but I did check for critters. There were none and no evidence of any. I would know I'm in the bug killing business so it got my approval. We slept just fine. The hot water was more on the warm side not very hot but it would suffice. The free coffee downstairs was great but the breakfast was not so much. The potatoes were hard maybe not cooked all the way, the sausage links were bland but the scrambled eggs were decent as well as the grits. Overall it was a good stay and we would stay here again on our next adventure.

Our original room 522 smelled AWFUL like wet dog or maybe the carpet was washed and not dried properly. At 11:30 we complained and the front desk lady changed our room. She wasn't the friendliest person but she did change it. The new room was clean and didn't smell... now by far the best part of the entire stay is Ms.Tina who works breakfast. Every person is her family and she is the most outgoing and nicest person in Jacksonville. We will go back just to see Ms.Tina again!
